Azimuth Energy is an engineering, procurement and construction management (EPC) company focused on renewable energy, battery storage and microgrid strategies. Azimuth serves as EPC or owner’s engineer for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale, and community solar projects and has worked extensively with rural cooperatives, investor-owned and municipal utilities. Oakland Capital partnered with Azimuth to provide strategic guidance and expertise to expand its business and serve the ever-growing solar energy and storage market.
ECO Constructors
Oakland Capital Partners invested in ECO Constructors in August 2022, marking its entry into the commercial construction market. ECO specializes in sustainable erosion control, stormwater compliance, and specialty seeding. This partnership supports Oakland’s commitment to environmental sustainability and infrastructure development.
Karbon CCS Global
Karbon Global is a company specializing in carbon capture technology, offering modular systems that extract high-purity CO₂ from industrial exhaust gases using a Hot Potassium Carbonate (HPC) process. Their solutions are designed to retrofit existing plants and engines, enabling near-zero-carbon operations without disrupting current processes.
Oakland Capital Solutions
Launched in September 2025, Oakland Capital Solutions is the financing and advisory arm of Oakland Capital Partners. It provides external clients with expertise in asset management, capital markets, transaction structuring, corporate strategy, and guidance regarding regulatory policy related to the energy transition.
Upepo Energy
Upepo Energy develops utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects in East and Southern Africa. The company partners with local communities and utilities to deliver clean, affordable electricity and promote economic development through job creation, technology transfer, and infrastructure improvements.
